Notes for Storer Graves
Storer Graves (35) was baptized 30 July 1776, died in 1842, and was buried 1 April 1842 in Thrussington, Leicestershire[5]. He was a shoemaker, then a victualler and a grazier (one who grazes cattle for the market). He lived in Mountsorrel and later in Thurcaston. He was named in the will of his uncle Thomas Graves in 1829, and was an executor of that will He first married Jane Clarke on 7 Feb. 1799 in Rothley, Leics. She died. He secondly married Mary Hall on 27 Nov. 1803[6] in Thurcaston, Leics (next to Rothley). She was born in 1781, died in Oct. 1846, and was buried 2 Sept. 1846 in Thurcaston, Leics. at age 65. Storer's first child was born in Hathern, Leics., and all the others in Thurcaston, Leics. (R-1, R-3, R-5)
