Obituary
Mr Christopher John Murray passed away at Murwillumbah at the residence of his daughter, Mrs Gilleatt, yesterday afternoon. He was aged 77 years. The late Mr Murray, who had resided on the Tweed for nearly 30 years, had been ailing for the last two months. His wife predeceased him abour eight months ago.
He is survived by four children, two sons and two daughters, all of whom reside in Murwillumbah. They are Charles John and Francis Nicholas Murray; Miss Mary Ellen Murray and Mrs. Margaret Gillieatt.
The funeral will leave the Church of the Sacred Heart today at 1pm for the Murwillumbah General Cemetery, Church Hill.
