Already had a son of her own when she married Harry. She wanted everything for her son. Harry drew up a will leaving everything to Lillian, and left in his coat pocket for her to find while he was still alive. This was in order to keep the peace.

In his real will, which was in his solicitor's keeping, Jean was a legatee. Jean was also the beneficiary of Harry's life insurance.
