We have her first name and approximate age from census records for John Weaver and Martha. Marriage certificate for John Weaver [1859 Mar Liverpool 8b 37], and Martha Battersby confirms this.

A birth in Q3 1839 is the best fit for Martha Weaver's reported age in various censuses. (The alternative births for 1840 Sep Prescot, 1840 Sep Wigan, and 1838 Sep Preston are worse on both location and age.) I now have this certificate. Unusually, it shows a time of birth, which often indicates a multiple birth. However, I can find no other Battersby births (or deaths) in West Derby for that quarter.

There is an 11 yo Martha Battersby in the 1859 census living in Springfield Street. We find John and Martha Weaver at 23 Springfield Street in 1871.
